From start  to finish. Austin did an amazing job.  Ben took my call at 9:00pm. He said Volt technician will be out  tomorrow to help.

Next morning,  Austin came out and fixed the issue. He was very professional and did a great job.

I would highly recommend them.

Austin with Volt Tech was great. Quick to arrive, friendly, fantastic communicator, and fair with his pricing. We have an odd electrical setup and with a little investigation he pinpointed the problem right away. Will absolutely use Volt Tech again!

Ben and his wonderful team have completed many of our electrical projects here at are home and are very satisfied with the attention to detail and also the transparency that this company holds. I would more than 100 percent recommend Ben.

Interacted with Ben and his team since December of 2017. A myriad of daunting situations (for mortals) have presented themselves. Manny and Austin are 2/3 of the VTE team. As of today, Volt is licensed/bonded.

There was nothing easy/remedial/basic about this business relationship as electrical engineers (EE) are meticulous (having ability to build, wire, maintain) is no perfunctory task or is allowing hands on your asset(s).

Communication via phone, text and email was notable. Ben is a keen EE. From chandeliers to panel replacement Volt Tech  earned a 5 Star Rating. Total service calls/invoices = 5

Austin was my electrician and he did an awesome job. He was held up at a previous job and was very apologetic for the late arrival, but when he got here he was very efficient and very personable. Did a great job installing three pendant lights in my kitchen and a chandelier in our master bedroom. Pricing was more than we were originally quoted, which was the only drawback. However, I would use again.

Very happy with the customer service and work that Austin provided me.  Had several outdoor electrical issues (some straightforward and some debug) and Austin clearly explained what he saw and different options as well as taking his time doing the work.  Will call them again next time I have an electrical issue and recommend you give them a shot if you're looking for a electrician like I was.

Volt Tech Electric is the best in the business. I had a semi-unique situation where I lost half of the power in my apartment. The property management hired some untrained/unlicensed guy who came out, wasted our time, and made things worse. Thankfully thereafter they called Ben at Volt Tech. He got us set up with Austin, who came the same day. After a couple of hours diagnosing, he was able to find the problem. Volt Tech and our property management struggled to come to terms on a payment amount, but Austin sympathized for my family and still got everything fixed up. They were able to settle with the property owners afterwards... Five stars do not give enough credit for Austin and Ben. Austin went above and beyond what any other electrician would have done. I am beyond grateful for his help. Ben was extremely professional and helpful, especially considering the drama he went though with everything... I highly recommend Volt Tech Electric to anyone looking for electrical repairs and upgrades - you will not be disappointed.

I called Volt around 6am on a Friday in desperate need of someone to figure out what was going on with my wall outlets which had died late the previous night. Before 8am I had a call back to let me know that they could probably make it around noon. They offered to text or call when they knew more and I just loved that they offered that option. It's helpful when your work has you on phones and in meetings. Got the text around 9:30 that Austin could be at my home in 40 minutes - even better than noon!

When Austin arrived I immediately felt comfortable welcoming him into my home. He's a positive, friendly, professional and was able to accurately diagnose the problem and quote me for his service and the parts. He replaced the offending outlets with care and with minimal interruption to my home. The cost wasn't cheap, but it was fair. Next time we have electrical needs I will be calling Volt!

I bought a Tesla last month and was shopping around for a good Electrician to install a 240v charger in my garage. I made a few calls for some price comparison on a Friday evening and got a few voicemails from other companies and the ones that answered the calls said they would not be available until the following Monday. Fair Enough.. Everyone want to enjoy their weekends.

Ben with Volt Tech Electric got back to me in 30 minutes and scheduled an appointment with me on Saturday. I was surprised and impressed for being so accommodating.

He came over at the scheduled time, was very professional and the price he quoted me was reasonable and comparable to the other quotes that I received. He did a great job and helped me with the paperwork that I needed to get the permit from the city.

Overall, I am very happy with his services and highly recommend Volt Tech Electric for any electrical services.

Called Volt Tech Electric on Monday, August 12, 2019.  Told them the problem and they were out in 30 minutes.  Had to end up replacing a very old electric panel box on the house.  Austin and David worked on the project and did an awesome job.  Thank you.  

Price was right and they did a great job cleaning up at the end of the day.  I can honestly say that I have never seen any workmen do such a great cleanup job.

I needed some  electrical work because my fridge and microwave kept popping their breakers.  Talked to Ben the owner and he set up an appointment the next day.  David and Manny showed up onetime at 9am and worked great together as a team.  It took them 2 hours but they did a lot and had to separate several outlets in order  to not overload the kitchen outlets. The overall job was great , they were very polite and knowledgeable and worked in a very professional manner.  David even cleaned up the stains on the floor under the refrigerator with soap and water.  I would highly recommend Volt Tech Electric to anyone needing electrical work.

This company was fast professional and did beautiful work.   Austin the electrician went over and above what he was supposed to do with my house.  I will definitely be calling them the next time I need anything electrical.

I've used Volt Tech several times for electrical work at our house and each time they provide professional and friendly service.  On the last visit, Ben really helped me with the electrical problem I was having in our kitchen and was able to fix everything right away.  I highly recommend using Volt Tech Electric!!!

Helped me over the phone when I needed help and offered  to come out and take a look. Very knowledgeable and gave me great advice.

First off, im a very particular person when searching for contractors, more so when dealing with electricity. I will say that this company is TOP NOTCH!! Reasonable pricing! They were on time and did a GREAT JOB!! (Replacement of Electrical Panel). City inspectors passed panel install with flying colors.

The other day I lost power in two of my bedrooms, hallway, and dinning room unexpectedly. I called several electricians and Volt Tech was the only company that responded in a promptly manner. Austin showed up and he was great from the beginning. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to find the problem and fix it right away. The price was also reasonable. Overall a great experience and I'm satisfied with their services.

Ben is a very experienced guy, he has a lot of knowledge. Ben has a very good working attitude and I am so happy he could be of service to us. I hope he would work on my house again. He is very neat and tidy. Excellent!
